These terms apply when you order from YEY. Using checkout means you accept them.
Orders
You need an account. An order is accepted when we confirm it. We may cancel if stock is wrong, payment fails, or the address cannot be served.
Prices and payment
Prices are in Indian rupees and include tax where shown on the product. You can pay online (UPI, cards, and the methods we enable at checkout) or cash on delivery where offered. COD is the full order amount.
Shipping
We ship in India. Delivery time depends on your pincode. Risk of loss passes when the courier marks the parcel delivered. See Shipping.
Exchange, cancel, refund
Returns for a change of mind are not offered. Size/fit exchange, damage replacement, and cancel-before-dispatch are explained on Exchange & refund.
Your details
The name, phone, and address you give must be yours and reachable. We use them to fulfil the order, as set out in our Privacy Policy.
Law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes are subject to the courts in New Delhi, without limiting any rights you have as a consumer under Indian law.
