This page says what YEY collects when you use yey.co.in, and why.
What we collect
When you create an account or order: name, email, phone, shipping address, and order details. When you browse: cookies needed for login, cart, and security. If you write to us: whatever you put in the message.
Why
To run your account, take payment, ship the order, handle exchange or cancel, and reply to you. We do not sell your list to other shops.
Who else sees it
Only what is needed to complete the order:
- Payment partner (Razorpay) — to take an online payment
- Courier partner (Shiprocket and the assigned courier) — to deliver
- Hosting and email — to keep the site and mail running
Cookies
Essential cookies keep you logged in and keep the cart. You can block extra analytics or marketing cookies in the banner. The shop will not work if you block the essential ones.
How long
Account and order records stay as long as the account is open and as long as we need them for tax, shipping, or a dispute. You can ask us to update or close an account that has no open order.
You
You can see your details in the account. To correct something we cannot edit there, or to ask a privacy question, write to connect@yey.co.in.
