We ship across India. Parcels leave from New Delhi through our courier partner.
How long it takes
Most orders are handed to the courier after they are packed. Delivery time depends on your pincode. You will see tracking on the order once an AWB is assigned.
How to track
Log in → My account → Orders. Open the order. When the shipment is live, the tracking number is there.
Address
Use a full address and a phone that stays reachable. Wrong pincode or a closed phone is the usual reason a parcel comes back.
What we do not do yet
We do not ship outside India. We do not offer store pickup.
